The hotel was incredible, fantastic services provided, awesome location to Catherine Palace via public transportation. We spent 7 nights in spacious room with great ambience. the breakfast was good and relatively cheap, the check-in was efficient.

The hotel is located right in the center of the city, next to St Isaac's cathedral and within walking distance of all the major sites. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The service is exceptional, with friendly staff who are always willing to assist. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including freshly made omelettes and a delicious spread of pastries and fruits. The hotel also has a bar with a great view of the city.

One negative aspect is that the porter service could be improved, as we had to handle our own bags before assistance was offered.

I recently stayed at the Renaissance and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service and convenient location. The hotel is currently undergoing some renovations, but the noise was minimal during my stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. The standout feature for me was the exceptional service from the staff. From friendly greetings to prompt service in the restaurant, the staff truly went above and beyond. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the servers were attentive, ensuring no long waits for eggs. I even received free drink vouchers each day of my stay as a nice bonus. The hotel's location is also excellent, with all major attractions within walking distance. The high-speed internet was a plus as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a decent location, as there are a few main attractions within walking distance. The staff was friendly and offered complimentary drinks upon arrival. Additionally, the breakfast spread was quite diverse, catering to a lot of different dietary needs.

The rooms were small and the carpet was old and dirty. The elevator was also extremely slow, so be prepared to wait a while.

Stayed 2 nights for a family vacation. Amazing, warm, friendly staff who looked after us like queens. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything. Excellent location near Saint Isaac Cathedral. Concierge arranged everything we needed with high standards and great pricing. Hospitality on another level, well done team.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right next to St Isaac's Cathedral. We could easily walk to the cathedral and other points of interest in this beautiful city. The view from our room was amazing, as we could enjoy the sight of St Isaac's Cathedral. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and we were impressed by the hotel facilities. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the concierge was exceptionally helpful. They had great knowledge about the city and arranged everything we needed with a high standard.

Although this hotel has a lot to offer, there was one minor issue that was noticed during our stay. the noise isolation in the room could be improved as we could hear slight noises from the surrounding areas.
